Terms & Condition

1. VALIDITY OF FEE

The program fee is only valid for ONE year or 2 Sessions from date of program registered for, after which you will need to top up the difference to the current program fee if you postpone your attendance any later than ONE Year or 2 Sessions only applicable to English Money & You organized by Globe Success Learning Sdn. Bhd. (see note #2).

If the organizers postpone the program due to force majeure, the organizer will honor the fee paid without any increase for up to 2 sessions upon commencement.

2. POSTPONEMENT

If for any unforeseen reason, you are unable to attend the program, you can postpone your attendance up to a maximum of TWO years (valid only for the English and Bahasa Money & You held in Malaysia) from the date of program registered for, subject to note #1. There will be a processing fee of 10% for postponements made less than 21 working days before the program. If the seat is not utilized after TWO YEARS, the fee paid will be forfeited and the ticket will expire.

3. TRANSFER SEAT

All the payments made are non-refundable but transferable to another date, or another person, or future Globe Success Learning Sdn Bhd programs. You are responsible to find your own replacement. Any transfers must be notified by at least 14 days before the program and made in writing to globeteam@globesl.com.

4. VENUE & PROGRAM DATES

The Program venue and dates may be subject to change, and all participants will be appropriately notified.
